In 2019 we are going to focus more on sports and nutrition. We will provide workshops and courses for coaches and trainers and for professional athletes . In addition, we continue to coach some top athletes from Aruba in sports nutrition.

March, 16: Energy, fuel, type of muscles, timing of carbohydrates, body composition
March 23: Burning fat, hydration, alcohol, supplements and doping
